Stew Base 45%: Palm Oil/Vegetable Oil, Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Scotch Bonnet, Onions, Seasoning, Salt, Water.

STORAGE: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Consume within 24 hours.
