Water, Ground Egusi Melon Seeds, Ugwu, Palm Oil, Assorted Meat, Fish, Spinach, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Iru Fermented Locust Beans, Onions, Salt.

STORAGE: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Consume within 24 hours.
